Brenda was recommended by my contractor. A GREAT RECOMMENDATION! WOW. She knew the area very well. She understood the various strategies for pricing. She was instructive in how she wanted to sell the property – I always as my experienced realtors how they want the property to be presented and then adjust the condition as they are most knowledgeable about customer expectations = Brenda was EXCEPTIONAL at this!. We had a buyer fall out of the first deal. NO PROBLEM, Brenda kept the marketing going thru the escrow period and within 2 weeks we had a new buyer AT A HIGHER PRICE WOW WOW. She worked with the contractor to make adjustments during escrow that kept Buyer happiness with the property a the highest level.
